Returns

At Amazonas UK we offer a simply 14-day standard returns policy. On certain occasions, orders placed as gifts, we are happy to provide an extended returns policy. This, however, must be agreed upon by a member of staff and will be detailed on the order.

In the event that you wish to process a return, you simply need to contact us and we will guide you through the process. 

★ If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged then we will pay for the return delivery costs (we need photographic / video proof of damaged goods). This kind of return must be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery signature. 

★ If you have changed your mind then you are responsible for returning the item to us, at your own cost. (if you ordered items belonging to separate warehouses and you are returning all products, your chosen courier is likely to charge you additional costs for separate parcels) 

★ Goods returned must be insured to cover the total value in case they are lost or stolen. 

★ A completed returns form (we provide this) must be included with your return. 

★ In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. 

★ Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
